Miss MmaBotswana Shiphrah Baikitse is Personal Assistant to the Director's Office, Department of Financial Services. Ms. Baikitse started work at the Central District Council, Tutume Sub-district from 1986 to 1989 and moved to the University of Botswana (UB) from 1989 to-date. She provides secretarial and administrative services to the Department of Financial Services and UB staff and as well as other external UB stakeholders.
Miss Baikitse holds a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy pursued through distance learning mode offered by the Centre for Continuing Education in collaboration with the Faculty of Business. Ms. Baikitse attended several short courses, conferences and workshops to sharpen and enhance her professional skills.
