Mr Phale worked at Mochudi Brigade as an Instructor for about 3 years. He then joined Department of Buildings as a Site Supervisor for a year. He later joined Bridec Education Centre as an Instructor for 1 year. He then joined Botswana Poly-technic as a Technical Officer and later promoted to the Senior Technician position in the Department of Civil Engineering from 1988 until 2013. He continued working as a Senior Technician at University of Botswana for the past 8 years. His main achievement was that he has trained and motivated about 10 Technician whom are now holding high positions in different universities in Botswana including BIUST and University of Botswana. He also contributes significantly to deliver marriage counseling to the University of Botswana employees and entire community.
