Mrs Tiragalo Josephine Masibi is a Librarian at the University of Botswana Library. She has over five years of experience in library and information services. She is an active member of professional associations including Botswana Library Association and Records and Information Association of Botswana, where she advocates for social transformative and universal access to information services, facilities, and resources. Tiragalo  is also fully engaged in research and scholarship on breaking barriers to universal access to information, inclusive  and representative archives’/librarianship and archival representation in Botswana.
