An established banker, academic and research scholar, with banking experience spanning over 20 years in the banking sector in Botswana, including dispute resolution in the same sector over 10 years. His professional qualifications include; Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship (specializing in Strategy Implementation) , Master of Business Leadership, Associate Diploma in Banking, Graduate (CIS) of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries & Administrators in Southern Africa  and a Bachelor of Arts Social Sciences majoring in Accountancy & Public Administration. He has successfully facilitated professional development courses for the parastatals, government, private and non-governmental organisations across Botswana. A member of  various professional organisations across the globe, with emphasis on dispute resolution in Banking, Finance & Insurance. Has served in different capacities as a Board Member in various organisations. The first Convener of his alma mater with the University of South Africa -Botswana Chapter. His interest research areas include, entrepreneurship, strategy implementation, dispute resolution and leadership.

Facilitation areas within the professional development courses include: strategy, entrepreneurship, dispute resolution, leadership and business.

Research areas include but not limited to entrepreneurship, strategy, dispute resolution, business and leadership
