I am a food and nutrition professional with vast experience in public health nutrition and food control especially in policy and programme planning, implementation and evaluation. I worked in the Ministry of Health Botswana 20 years. I am currently a food science and nutrition lecturer at the University of Botswana.
During the course of my work I participated in operational research activities, co-authored research outputs and presented at national and international conferences. My research interests are currently in food safety, household food security especially in low income communities as well as diet related non-communicable diseases.
