Stephen Nawa is a Lecturer in Philosophy specialising in Philosophical Methodology and Critical Thinking in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Botswana.
He joined the University of Botswana, Department of Theology and Religious Studies as an SDF (Staff Development Fellow) in 2012.
After a year of tutoring, Stephen went to pursue a BA Hons in Philosophy at Monash University, Australia. He worked on a project titled Logic and Logical Truth which sought to understand the nature of logic. He was supervised by Prof. Karen Green.
In 2015 - 2016 Stephen read for a Master of Letters in Philosophy at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. He wrote a dissertation in Philosophical Methodology under the supervision of Prof. John Halden. The title of the dissertation was Analysis as a Theme and Method in Philosophy.
Currently, Stephen is preparing to pursue a PhD.
