Dr. Mswela is an Early Childhood Education Lecturer, working in the University of Botswana. She has studied in several Universities in the United Kingdom such as The University of London: Institute of Education, The University of New Castle upon Tyne, The University of Sheffield as well as the University of Botswana.
She has taught courses relating to Early Childhood Education, Child Development and Developmental Psychology. Her research areas relate to Issues of quality education for young children, Accreditation in Early Childhood Education as well as parental involvement. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses as well as supervision of research projects. She is currently the Head of The Early Childhood Unit within the Department of Primary Education at the University of Botswana.
