Kealeboga joined the University of Botswana in 2020. She qualified as a general nurse in 2003 from the University of Botswana. Before joining The University of Botswana she worked at the Institute of Health Sciences in Lobatse for the past 17 years as a lecturer in the General Nursing and Post Basic Diploma Programmes respectively.. She completed her masters in Mental Health Nursing in 2010 from the University Kwazulu-Natal South Africa. Her roles includes teaching theory and practicals for both undergraduate and masters students. Current roles outside the university include being a member of Botswana Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Board Member), Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana (NMCB) and Botswana Nurses Union.
Kealeboga teaches various nursing courses at under graduate through to graduate. She is currently teaching Introduction to Nursing and Health, Community Mental Health Nursing, Community Based Care Practicum, Adult and Aged Mental Health Problems and Psychiatric Mental Health Practicals and Internship
