23 years of professional and academic experience in the tertiary education sector. The teaching, research and professional service experience covers Botswana and Australia and is largely in the area of Finance. Specific areas of research and publication include Financial Market Efficiency, Information Regulation, Modelling of Financial Markets, Consumer Financial Products, Consumer Debt and Consumer Credit Protection. Research output has taken the form of international refereed journal publications, presentations in international conferences, technical report engagements and published teaching modules. Also played leadership parts in an international consortium research project, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). GEM is a high impact research study with global presence. Have taught at least 20 different courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise PhD and MBA research candidates. Also serve as an external examiner to other universities and serve as a reviewer to some international journals. Current Head of Department for Accounting and Finance.
