Research interests are in the application of bioinformatics tools to study the effect of medicinal plants on microbes of economic importance (e.g. pathogens). Other interests include anything to do with agriculture and working in the bush.

PhD student project: A synopsis of genetic structure of Cryptococcus neorfomans and C. gattii species complex in Botswana.

MSc student  project: Plant transgenerational adaptation to heavy metal stress at BCL mines in Selibe Phikwe
