The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology is seeking Part-time Teaching Assistants for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Requirements: The applicant must have at Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field from a recognized university or equivalent institution with a pass equivalent of 2ii Pass or better. Preference will be given to those enrolled in the department’s graduate programmes. Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) assist lecturers in class preparations and administrative work, (ii) assist with laboratory practicals and mark laboratory reports; (iii) perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
