Applications are invited from nationals of SEACMEQ member countries (Angola, Botswana, eSwatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe) who are residing in Botswana for the position of Information Technology Technician at the Southern and Eastern Africa Consortium for Monitoring Educational Quality (SEACMEQ) which is a consortium of Ministries of Education.
General Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the Finance and Administration Officer, the IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support over the phone and in person, and maintaining the smooth operation of the ICT resources in SCC secured network and communication infrastructure. The IT Technician must establish and maintain good relations and work in close collaboration with the SCC staff.
Duties:
Required Qualifications: Minimum First University degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology.
