COORDINATOR FOR THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION COLLABORATING CENTRE FOR NURSING AND MIDWIFERY DEVELOPMENT (WHOCC)

VACANCY NO: FHS/SoN 2/2021                                

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) operationalize the terms of reference for WHOCC; (ii) teach one course at undergraduate or graduate level; (iii) participate in research and other activities of the school.

Requirements: The successful candidate should have at least; (i) a PhD degree in Nursing; (ii) show evidence of engagement in research; (iii) evidence of governance and social engagement, as well as teaching experience at a university or comparable institution will be added advantages.

NB: In special circumstances a master’s degree in any nursing specialty, a bachelor’s degree in nursing with at least a 2(i) pass or GPA of 3.6 may be considered on a contract basis.
